How I treat

I use a combination of education of lifestyle management tools, adaptive equipment education and implementation, personalized therapeutic pelvic floor exercises, manual intervention including visceral manipulation techniques, nervous system regulation through somatic approaches, and muscle tension and relaxation techniques. Your plan of care will be unique to you and your individualized needs.

Get started

At Empowerment the focus on therapy is solely on serving you, and not an insurance company. As a private pay practice, there is complete transparency in therapy fees, ensuring you won't encounter any unexpected costs.
